1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the SOVEL website (sovel.pro) or purchasing and downloading any SOVEL engineering system, production engine, software package, or research deliverable, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access the platform or download our deliverables.
2. Digital Deliverables and Access
SOVEL primarily provides digital products, including structured engineering methodologies, multi-stage production engines, research artifacts, and software utilities. Upon completed payment confirmation, access is granted via instant digital delivery and customer account download permissions.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Carve-Outs
All proprietary engines, systems, architecture specifications, workflows, prompt sequences, verification checklists, and documentation authored by SOVEL and P. Adhil Khan are the intellectual property of SOVEL. Your purchase grants you a defined non-exclusive commercial license pursuant to our License Terms, not a transfer of underlying title or copyright.
Third-party, open-source, customer-provided, platform-provided, or separately licensed assets and libraries remain subject to their respective licenses. SOVEL does not claim ownership of customer-supplied data or third-party open-source dependencies.
4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, resell, mirror, or publicly publish original, raw SOVEL engine archives, prompt suites, runbooks, or internal checklist files.
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass download authorization controls, access limits, or security mechanisms.
- Use the platform or its deliverables for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
SOVEL products, engines, and tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our engines enforce strict verification and evidence classification, SOVEL does not warrant that deliverables will meet subjective business expectations or guarantee commercial revenue. In no event shall SOVEL or its founder be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to revise these terms to reflect legal, regulatory, or technical updates. Continued use of the platform following published changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
